By a decision of the Board of Directors of 10.04.2020, amendments to the Tariff for commissions collected by BenchMark Finance AD were approved. The new Tariff comes into force on 15.05.2020. The changes concern commissions for securities transactions concluded on the BSE, commissions for inheritance of securities and storage of client assets. Clients who do not agree to the amendments and additions to the Tariff have the right to terminate their agreement without notice before the date of entry into force of the new tariff by notifying the investment intermediary in writing without liability for penalties and expenses, except for the expenses related to their assets.
